Off-Peak 3-Night Specials!

  • Sept. 15 - June 14: Stay 3 nights, midweek (Sun-Thurs) for $749*
  • Sept. 15 - June 14: Stay 3 nights, weekends for $895*

    *Refundable damage deposit, one-time cleaning fee, applicable pet fees and taxes are also required. Holidays excluded. Only one discount allowed per stay. Other restrictions may apply.

    Regular Rates are as follows:

    • $295/night + tax (Off Peak: Sep 15 - June 14, holidays excluded) midweek with a two night minimum.
    • $395/night + tax (Off Peak: Sep 15 - June 14, holidays excluded) weekends with a two night minimum.
    • $450/night + tax (Peak: June 15 - September 14 and all holidays) with a two night minimum. Three night minimum for some holidays.
    • Rates include up to 8 persons.
    • $125 one-time cleaning fee. ($150 one-time cleaning fee for stays of 5 nights or longer.)
    • All applicable taxes (11.8%) are required.
    • $200 refundable damage deposit

    Additional damage deposit required for dogs:

    • $100 (additional) refundable damage deposit.
    • Subject to approval of owner/manager and dog rental agreement included with reservations.
    • $20 per dog, per night additional charge
    • Special restrictions may apply.

    Other Policies

    • Check-in is at 4:00 pm and Check-out is at 11:00 am
    • Must be at least 25 of years of age to rent.
    • No smoking.
    • We require one (1) OPEN night between each booking. We do not allow any party to check-in on the same day another party checks-out, or the reverse.
    • We normally do not accept bookings that are more than (1) one year out from current date. Contact owner if you wish special consideration.

    • To reserve your date, a Nonrefundable reservation deposit equal to one night rental plus tax, or 30% of the total due, whichever is greater, and a completed rental reservation agreement is required. No reservation is considered confirmed until this is done.
    • Balance due thirty (30) days prior to arrival.
    • Full refund (less the Nonrefundable deposit) will be sent to the registered guest if a cancellation is received more than thirty (30) days prior to the check-in date. If a cancellation is made, the non-refundable deposit can be used towards another reservation within one year if the cancellation is more than thirty (30) days prior to arrival.
    • If a cancellation is made thirty (30) or less days prior to the check-in date, no refund will be given.
    • No refunds will be made for late check-in or early departures or undesired weather.
